Charlie's Construction

Description of Work: They stalled on providing the contracted services. They cancelled contract and over charged for work don. They did about 3 hours of work and charged for 16 hours at $65 an hour. That amount was not in the contract. They did not provide an atomized bill for materials but charged $700 for $275 worth (I priced the materials). They lied and said the concrete company cancelled delivery, I called and concrete company said they did not cancel. He told me it would take 2 1/2 yards of concrete but actually ordered 1 3/4 yards. Did not get a permit for laying the slab to make patio bigger and lied and said building dept. Said footer only had to be 6 inches (Building Dept. Said they would have had to inspect and fitter should have been 12 inches. They charged $1700+ for work that was not to code. The job was to cover and enlarge my patio that should have taken about a week and for 3 hours of work it took them from 6/6/14 to 6/20/14.
