+ -1 moreWhen asked about details Mr. Suggs was dismissive and difficult to speak to, claiming the system was installed wrong, he didn't want to do the job anyway and he said things about the problem that didn't make sense. For instance, he claimed the unit was still audibly leaking freon when he arrived but the renters indicated they didn't call until it was clear the unit was no longer cooling, he then had to drive to rural location, etc. so there's no way it was still leaking freon at a rate that could be heard when he first "got under the house"! A second opinion found that the air handler had a bad blower motor that was still under warranty, $200 labor to replace, and NO damage to coil, NO leak... I cannot believe that Mr. Suggs just made a mistake about the diagnosis of the problem and suspect this was a case of 'the owner is far away and the renters are hot' pricing. Avoid this outfit at all costs.
Description of Work: Provided estimate for repair of 2 year old AC system in rental house, said coil was damaged by lightning, $1200 estimated cost of coil, freon, labor, etc.
