Tom hung drywall in our laundry room. It was an area of the bottom half of one wall. The area was 12 feet wide. The drywall had lumps and uneven spots all over, you could see where the top half old part and new meet. There were holes on the bottom. The electrical socket was not cut out properly and he filled with putty. He had drywall cement all over the place. Consequently cement dust was everywhere and then draggedin the hallway. There was putty in the receptacles Some nails were not covered. He installed trim that didnt rest against the wall, it was filled with putty. I had to have someone try to fix the lumpy uneven wall. This helped a little. I received a partial refund instead of a full one

I hired Tom to demo old doors and install new doors. All I can say is his work was very sloppy. We ended up firing him and hiring a new pro to redo his work and install the rest of the doors.

Tom was to replace 17 pieces of glass in my windows, he said 1-2 days, on the second day he was on the 5th window and it did not fit, so he put the old one back in, later that night it fell out and broke. He also changed out panes in 2 double windows in which they cut through the window trim frames. I stopped the work on the windows. He informed me he had 633.00 in material and labor. That is fine but is he going to pay 900.00 plus labor and stucco repair that he damaged. The moral of the story is he did not properly measure windows therefore he cut my windows and silicones them in. Very poor workmanship. I would never recommend him for anything.

Kind gentleman but unhappy with his quality of work.

Mr Thomas did a great job for me. I just needed a simple window repaired. After calling all the big guys, I was told they were 3-4 weeks out or they didn’t follow up because the job was too small. Mr Thomas showed up, got right to work and I had my broken window repaired within the hour. Great job!

I don't think he knows about working with windows, he may be good at other things.

He kept me informed while ordering window replacement. I like being informed instead of being kept in dark!!!

Overall poor job. He left a mess. Putty was left on shower stall. Finish was very irregular.

Tom was a pleasure to work with. He was thorough, efficient, and extremely courteous. I would recommend him to anyone.

Tom did a great job! I appreciate the wok he did.

I hired him in December to remove the popcorn of ceilings and repair walls for painting. He took a week and a day which is longer than 2 to 3 days. On top of that it is a poor quality work. Would not recommend for this type of work.

My wife was very upset to see broken glass in the driveway and not cleanned up. Was really upset that the old window frame was reused for the window replacement when the new window was cut to small and still was charged for the full amount.

On time, nice guy, but to old and could not see the work he was doing was unsatisfactory "putting sheet rock mud on a hole repair that he did.

I appreciate prompt response and then set a date and time, and job was completed as promised. Also he gave information for onging maintainence of the work.
