Description of Work: Remodeled bathrooms, laundry room, added deck, painted, installed bead board wainscoting, refurbished lots and lots of doors, installed ceiling fans,graded and rocked driveway, graded and sodded back yard, painted exterior, repaired balconies and porches. In short, did lots of remodeling, restoring of 100 year old house.

+ -1 moreHe was wonderful and we plan to use him again on the next projects. There is always something that needs doing in an older home. Chris is very professional, courteous, and always willing to help out with whatever comes up and had creative solutions to problems we encountered.
Description of Work: We were/are remodeling a large home built in 1886. Chris came into the process several months into the job and had to re-do a lot of what the previous person had done. He did sheetrock repair, painted and lots of other small and large carpentry projects.

Description of Work: Added a banister on steps. Added 4 grab bars for ease in getting into tub. Replaced several outdoor flood lights. Cleaned off the roof. (raked) and other small thingss.

+ -1 moreChris and his helper came Saturday morning at 7:30 as they said they would, and worked all day except for lunch.They returned Sunday morning at 9:00 and finished about 5:00.On TimeOn budget (including labor and materials)Did a great job.AND you could not tell they had been here, they cleaned so well.
Description of Work: Evict resident squirrel from the eves of my home. Repair rotten areas of the area. Replace and paint. Replace a 4x8 piece of wooden siding that was damaged.Cut tree limbs that were on the roof.Installed a doggy door.
