Sweet Home Cleaning

My housekeeper is always very punctual and polite. She works quickly and efficiently, and always asks what else she can do. And house is immaculate when she leaves. I also like that they give you the option of supplying your own cleaning supplies or using their supplies. Definitely the best experience I’ve had (used three housekeeping services prior to finding Sweet Home).

These folks do a great job. I have no complaints. 2-3 of them come at a time. They are punctual and well worth the money. My house is approx 2000 sf with 3 bedrooms and 2 large shedding dogs. They are able to finish in about 2 hrs.

Just. Never. Please look at the pictures (& the plunger in the bathtub is not ours). They are only a small sample of what we saw when we came to our new home. Basically, my husband paid her because he didn't want to have to deal with the conflict on what was a very long and emotional day for our family because we just drove 6+ hours moving from another state and leaving all our friends and family. We walked into so much filth we had to spend the night at a hotel. The owner became irate because I told her that I would give her $250 (which I felt was generous given the condition the house was left in) instead of $350 because partial work deserved partial payment. When I was not overtly threatened by her saying, "I'll see you in court," she then told me she was, "calling the cops," and stormed out of the house. I called my husband to come back from picking up my little boy's dinner, and he paid her.

It didn't. No response to voice mail messages or emails. I guess they won the lottery.

Great! House (1700sq ft) with 4 animals was thoroughly cleaned. Took about 3.5 hrs with 2 people cleaning. Will definitely hire again. Super fast response time.

They're wonderful. They are wonderful to work with, very responsive and detailed oriented. I couldn't ask for a better cleaning service.

This is the second time I have used their service. I am so impressed that I have asked them to include me on a regular basis and clean my office as well. They are on time and professional My home is spotless and smells fresh and clean. It's nice to come home to. Will recommend them to friends and family.

I have been getting them to come out for the last five months and they come every two weeks. They charge based on square-footage and we have just under 4,000 square-feet. We pay $150. The thing that I like most about them is that all of their products are very health and green products because my son has allergies. So, they never use anything that is too strong and they always make sure that they use the green products when they come in. They are exceedingly thorough. They are always very punctual and professional. I cannot say enough good things about them. I honestly feel like they go above and beyond the work that they do. They do things that other cleaning services have never thought about. It is a team that comes. They bring all their supplies. I love them. They are very good. They were wonderful.
