My thermostat went out over the holiday weekend. Called and Ward returned my call within an hour. He already had jobs that were pending for emergency calls but added me to the list. He came out and assessed that my control board was bad on my HVAC . He returned the following day and completed installation of a new control board. Ward shared a variety of operating tips that we did not know that can help us going forward. Ward was very personable and certainly a good businessman you can trust to help you out. I'm a retired combat veteran and appreciate people who are there to help and not just make a buck off of somebody. I will recommend him to all my area veteran organizations, friends, and family.
