Ronnie, the owner, was phenomenal to work with. We hired him to repair my mother in laws home. She had purchased the home with a clear inspection to only find it had a terrible flooding situation with normal rain into the garage. We called Ronnie on recommendation and he was on site very soon with a no pressure evaluation and then developed an up front estimate so there would be no surprise. He saw a number of things that were not done correctly and executed the repair work not only timely but efficiently. The best part is that he jumps in and does some of the work himself along with his employees so he is hands on throughout the entire project. He was very cautious at each stage to be sure things were going appropriately. I would highly recommend him for any construction or renovation job. He communicates in a timely manner as well which I found difficult in general with other contractor relationships. 5/5 stars!

Ronnie and his crew have done several things for us at our home. Everything theyâ ve done has been top notch. The latest list, Iâ ve had them build stairs and take out a wall to open the kitchen to the living room. Ronnie worked quickly and efficiently to get the engineering done, get the appropriate materials ordered and moved to site, then oversaw his crewâ s demo and reconstruction of our family space. All at a price and timeframe that we found acceptable and well worth the cost. I highly recommend them.

I reached out to Ronald and he got back to me promptly and came by to meet me and assess the job (driveway replacement) soon after. He went over the materials and how the process would go (emphasizing the quality of their work which I appreciated). He also informed me he would be there supervising the work crew doing the demolition first, and then the concrete pourâ ¦ I am very pleased with how the driveway turned out! He always got back to me quickly if I had a question or a concern. The crew did a great job as well and cleaned up accordingly.

The company does not have a working crew. The contractor does not supervise the work of his immature and inexperienced crew. The contractor is very unprofessional.

They were always on time, worked hard, and were so professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any job. They tore down a walk in my bedroom that was a closet and extended 3 feet and built me a bathroom.

Hurricane Sally completely destroyed my den. Ridlon Contracting demolished the remaining structure and completely rebuilt my den for a very affordable and fair price. Ronnie was very responsive and honest regarding the extent of the damage and what it would take to restore it to code. The end product was superb! Ridlon is the real deal!

Hurricane Sally put a huge oak tree through my motherâ s house. She just found out her cancer had returned and now she had to be displaced from her home. Finding a contractor was a challenge. Everyone had damage and was busy. 4 months after the hurricane we found Ronnie Ridlon. He was not only willing to take on this complex project, he was honest, thorough and I knew he was trust worthy. Itâ s just something you feel when you meet Ronnie. Ronnie took on rebuilding my momâ s house and did not disappoint. The best part about this experience was his communication and his knowledge. He took all of our stress off of our plate and 3 months later my mom got to move back in her house. Itâ s hard finding a good contractor you can trust to do something from start to finishâ ¦ Ronnie Ridlon and his team is just that. Highly recommend and we are so thankful he came into our lives. This was a very difficult storm water runoff drainage project on many levels: Scope, topography, timing, approvals, parties involved, and workflow scheduling adjustments due to uncooperative rain being the main ones. Mr Ridlon had full command of the project's needs and proposed outcome but the capstone was the need to rearrange some of the steps and the patience required to get it done correctly despite the challenges we faced. Very personable, likeable and trustworthy. He's all in for solution success and not upselling of stuff that isn't directly in line with the project's successful conclusion.

Prompt and met commitments and price as promised. Team was courteous and professional. Communicated well and worked to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommend.
