Michael has worked on our washing machine before and has always done a good job. He is expensive, but he does get to the root of the problem and fixes it. On this latest trip, he charged only half of the service call fee since there really was not problem to address.
Description of Work: He checked the washing machine and when he put it back together it worked.

Expensive, thorough and fair. That is a worthy reputation and it keeps me busy. I would add that I do what I can to help but I do not profess to be an appliance repair person and do not solicit appliance repair tasks. I do recall rendering uneventful some improper overload protection in your electrical panel that did fall within my expertise along with the a/c repair for (removed member name). Y'all are a nice family and I thank you for taking the time to report

Provider totally wasted my time. Provider agreed via phone call to come to my home and perform work the next day. He told me that he would call the next day to give specific time that he would be on site. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. I wasted a whole day waiting for him to show up or call.

I sincerely apologize to[Member name removed] if my communication was not clear. I strive to assure that no one wastes their time waiting on me. Standard procedure is to recommend a customer go work or play and I will call their cellular to schedule when I become available. My priority is always the comfort of others and I often receive urgent calls (no a/c, heat, electrical dangers, flooding and etc…). Firstly, I complete the task at hand and service those in urgent need. For those less urgent, who wait, my focus is to offer the best, thought through repairs with the best interest of the home owner in mind. I hope for repeat customers to trust it unnecessary to inspect my work but I am pleased when they do. In over 40 years of service I have not found a better formula to satisfy the majority.

It took forever, about 2 months, to get a quote from Reinhart Plumbing on the work. When he came he had inexperienced teenagers who basically did all the work. My plumbing has been awful. He said he could redo all of my plumbing for a little more than the insurance would pay, but it would probably be a good idea. Now I have these blue pipes sticking out of my walls and my hot water is cold and my cold water is hot in the kitchen. It has been one frustration after another. I would not recommend them at all. It was not worth what I paid or what the insurance company paid. It is just terrible work.
Description of Work: Reinhart Plumbing replaced some plumbing after a water heater broke and flooded part of the house.

It was a horrible experience. They took too long, charged too much, made a mess, didn't clean it up, killed our plants, and wanted to be paid extra to fix the walls they destroyed. Avoid these men at all costs!
Description of Work: Plumbers were called to fix a leak from an upstairs bathroom. After spending hours trying to figure out the problem they said we needed a new assess drain, which they came back the next day and put in, digging up our front yard in the process. They later said that we didn't need such a drain, that we already had one, they had just missed it. They killed two bushes in the process. Having given us no estimate, after two days they gave us a bill of just under $2,000. The drain was fixed, but they had not repaired the wall and ceiling where they cut into to access the pipes. They told me they'd be happy to return and fix the wall and ceiling, but that it would cost an additional $250. I told them no thanks.
