Description of Work: Let me try and make this simple and not complicated for a complicated problem. I hired them to do a tune up for a family/best friend that was having a problem with their A/C. Shortly after the owner got there and started to work he discovered the coils were bad, and in the mean time he had leaked out all the freon in the unit. Michael stated that since he was not able to perform a tune up he would not cash my check. That was the first lie. Sure enough two days later the check was presented to my bank. So I called the office and spoke to Amber, she told me she knew nothing about that but she would have Michael return my call. A week goes by and no return phone call. Call back. Michael returns the call, apologizes about mix up and he would mail me a retund. Here is two months later, no refund, friend still has no air, I have lost $69.00, lost a best friend too.

+ -1 moreThe installer of the system was very knowledgable. Accessing power to the porch was challenging, but he persevered until he was successful. There were two problems with the installation: a rung on my attic pull-down ladder was broken (unknown to me) and I was a bit unhappy with the appearance of pipes. Michael sent a worker to correct both situations until I was happy.
Description of Work: We consulted with the owner, Michael Goran, on the best way to cool a porch. He had several suggestions and installed a ductless heater/air conditioner for us. His workers were skilled and hard working, and we've been delighted with the results. We have since used the company for routine maintenance.
