Hampton Flooring and Design

I had my entire cottage redone my kitchen and bathrooms had split bricked application and the bedrooms and hallway hardwood application installed.My furniture was beat up so badly, I was told " these guys do this on a daily basis Your furniture will be fine," the workers were pulled off my job to go work on another job several times. The hardwood application is beautiful, the trim work that was pulled up and another one put down does not fit the baseboards that were existing prior to the floors being put down, and the mider cuts are all going the wrong way. Then it came to the sealing of the split brick, I told Bobby that I wanted the seal to be High Gloss, well the owner of Hampton came over and told me that it was the liteing in my house and he was not going to seal the floors. My floors are not the same in appearance in the same room, and it has nothing to do with liteing, the application of the sealant was applied incorrectly per the gentleman in Ms. who provides the Sealant to Hampton's My Split Brick Floors look like patch work quilts in shine. When I was waiting for Hamptoms to come back and the owner did come to tell me not going to do any more on my floors, I had already cleaned the garbage for the split brick , concrete, bricks, pallates, trash cans, soda cans, large boxes from hard wood floor containers. I do not like to use this but in the situation, I am new to Fairhope, I am disable, and I feel like this Owner just is a poor business owner. I only withheld 1,000.00$ not the customary 1/3 on that day he came to tell me they were not to do anything at all he proceeded to tell me he was going to sue me. I just said just sue for a job you have not completed and what you have done is horrible. Bay Flooring now owns this company and I have approached them several times to come and fix my flooring. Also, my furniture was purchased after Katrina and was purchased new.
