Tobias Watson came out for an estimate in January 2020 to resurface my pool deck. His crew started in Feb and came back quite a few times to try to fix the problems they left behind - each time making it worse than before. Besides the really bad stain job, it's so dark, the sun makes it too hot to walk on - and it's so slick, don't dare walk on it when there's water on it or you'll slip and fall like we did. The last time his worker, Joseph, came out was the end of June and he told me they are going to have to completely redo the deck because they can't fix it. It's now September 2020 and Tobias refuses to return any of my messages, emails, texts, voicemails. He's great with the sales pitch and taking your money but once he's got that, you won't hear from him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! P.S. Tobias, I would be more than happy to amend this review (and others), if you ever decide to contact me and fix these issues like you promised you would. Standing by.
