+ -1 moreInitially the service tech diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher as a burned out thermostat. When the part arrived and was installed, it was found that the dishwasher still did not work properly. He then determined that the problem was related to the electronic board. I had to wait approximately a week for that part to arrive. I wasn't crazy about having to wait for the parts (it would have been nice if they were stocked), but, I found the service tech to be extremely professional. I would use the company again.
Description of Work: The electronic board had to be replaced on our dishwasher.

+ -1 moreThe technicians were friendly, courteous, and professional. They seemed well trained and competent.
Description of Work: The technicians looked at my refrigerator and diagnosed it as having a bad logic board. It took about a half hour to verify their conclusion. Because they did not have a logic board, they scheduled to come back the next day. They also looked at my dishwasher and decided that the drain was plugged with debris. After cleaning it, it worked fine. The next day they came and replaced the logic board and the refrigerator worked just fine.
