Excellent quality work with attention to detail. Project started and finished on time. Great company to work with and when we ran into a scope-of-work problem it was resolved promptly and fairly. When I start the next phase of the renovation, my first call will be to Dunlap Construction.

Did a good job. Even though it was not a large project they paid it a lot of attention. Made sure all was satisfactory prior to leaving. I plan to use Dunlap Construction again.

Compromise was reach after unnecessary duress

They were very responsive to begin with as we spoke several times in order to nail down an appointment. I scheduled an apt, took half a day off work and went home to meet them. The time to meet came and went and they were a no show. I called twice to check status and or reschedule with no answer or call back. Wasted my time and didn?t have the professional courtesy to call me back.

No fault to the workmanship it was the material that was used that is reflected in the score. Very conscientious workers. I would use them again.

We got bogged down weather issues aka rain. They persevered to the end with handling subs and making sure that the work met the original specs. Have received numerous compliments on the job.

Dunlap and Ridlon are very creative and professional landscapers. They took my vision for my small backyard and made it a reality. Great work for a fair price.

Onlly worked about 4 hours a day, leaving me with no back exit. He was not prepared for the project i.e. late ordering the lumber etc. I would never hire this company again. Very inexperienced.

It was a pleasure dealing with Dunlop and Ridlon. They are knowledgeable, hard working, and honest.
