Couple of things drove the remodel of the master bath - need for more usable tub and desire for radiant heat in the floor. Bill Burt understood that quality was more important than schedule and provided his best tile setter, Fortino Seferano (Tino). Tino was meticulous. Shower room was badly out of square and he made it perfect. The leak in the shower pan was not discovered until the old tile was removed - this added $232 to original estimate - pretty good. Radiant heating wires were installed and tested - worked fine. Tile was installed. Bill recommended a wider seat in the shower and the use of marble for the seat top and the sill under the shower door. His selection of marble looks beautiful with the tile. We had selected the tile from Henry Tile and Bonny Jackson was very helpful in color and style selection. Bill then worked with Bonny for grout colors. Bill did an excellent job of coordinating with the plumber and finalizing details. Bill Burt was extremely timely in responding to the one issue we had - he personally came out on the weekend within one hour of the call and fixed the issue.
