We are a small family owned and operated business, since 1984. We do not subcontract unless absolutely necessary. You have the option to pay when services are rendered, or you can be billed. We do not accept credit or debit cards.

Services we offer

We do commercial/industrial and residential electrical work, commercial/industrial and residential plumbing and commercial/industrial heating and cooling. We also sell heating and cooling units along with dehumidifiers, humidifiers and any other product you could want. We service and repair small and large appliances. This does include water heaters, ice machines, water coolers, etc. We service and repair swimming pool equipment and lighting.We also do dock inspections for the Corp of Engineers

Services we don't offer

We do not offer HVAC duct cleaning, swimming pool cleaning or dock structure repairs.

The water heater was leaking. C & C was called; they came as soon as they could. Determined that water heater did not require replacing only a new valve. Work done within the hour.
