Description of Work: Property Management Walt Wyatt, Since you have no one that can do roof repairs, I contacted your representative stating that I have hired a roofer on Craigslist to do some repairs to my home in Enterprise, Alabama. I would hope that the company I hired to manage my property (Realty World) would have some minimal responsibilities in doing their job. I did not authorize half of those payments they made from my account. In addition, I did not authorize any payments to go to anyone but Bobby Wells. Why I wasn't notified before they were made to a third party is unbelievable. It is in inconceivable that Bobby Wells would sit in your office as you witnessed him calling Lowes to place an order for materials and then make a check out to a third party when you should have called me for authorization for the amount and purposed supplies first. Even if I did authorized, which I didn't, you should have made the check out to Lowes and required a receipt! In addition, all the materials were already at my home in Enterprise, Alabama. I was told by Jaime that you were going to my home in Enterprise, Alabama to verify the completeness of some work. Jamie informed me that Bobby was doing good work and you used him for another job. That would lead me to believe that he was honest and you seen his work. In fact, you nor any of your employees went to the job and verified that his work was adequate or even completed before issuing final payments or recommending him to someone else. You contributed in letting him continue to fraud. Leading to a loss of over $1200. 00 to me, and inconvenience and thief to the tenants, and major inconvenience to me. Conclusion, I can't think of anything, or any conditions more negligent in operating a property management business then this. Therefore, I demand that you relinquish said rights to the contract we have, return the tenant's contract and deposits back to my control immediately . They never sent any current receipts for paid services. They paid money from my account without my knowledge. They never check on my property. They are rude and self serving.
