Description of Work: Burnt our lawn with chemicals, destroyed 3 trees. The lawn is just returning to previous state ONLY because my husband and I hauled dirt, reseeded, fertilized, water etc our selves. Nonresponsiveness added to the mole cricket invasion! Over all night mare.

 + -1 moreOverall start to finish with at least six treatments complete the lawn in no better off. I honest believe the service accomplished nothing. The lawn is infested with weeds and has been for the entire growing season this year. I've called to have them come back and attempt to fix, but subsequent attempts have not happened or not effective. This service is a waste of money.
Description of Work: Treated the lawn (front/back) every two months. Treatment was suppose to increase the health of the lawn overall and treat weeds

Description of Work: When I returned home from a European trip, I found a bill from Lucky Lawn in my mailbox which said they had sprayed for weeds at a different address than mine! They put bill in mailbox without postage which is illegal! I thought they had just put bill in wrong box but after caliing them they admitted to having sprayed my property without my permission. They just went to the wrong address and sprayed! After one of their employees came and apologized I decided to just let it go. Then, exactly a week later on 15 March 2012 I was driving away from my house and noticed a Lucky Lawn truck parking in front of my house. I backed up and was approached by the driver who said "are you ready to get sprayed?" I explained to him what had happened previously and he showed me the order he had to spray a different address than mine. If I had not seen him there is no doubt in my mind that he would have sprayed it again! I sent him on his way to the correct address and strongly advised that no employee from Lucky Lawn would ever be welcome at this address and if I even saw any of them slown down I would call the police! My attorney is looking into this matter.

 + -1 moreWe have been customers for five or six years with excellent results until 18-24 months ago. Service calls increased in price by more that 20% as quality and attention to detail decreased (parts of the lawn were not treated, repeated calls about weeds were not heeded immediately). Calls about poor service results in service call and apologies followed by free treatment, yet weeds continue to return in droves. My wife and I have tried to get them to come out and see the results of their poor coverage for 1 month with no results - and no visits.
Description of Work: Lawn service to provide fertilization and weed control. Lawn is composed of Bermuda grass, approximately 1/2 acre. Additional treatment to eliminate and prevent the return of Bahaigrass (required two years of additional quarterly treatment above and beyond regular quarterly treatments).

 + -1 moreCall to repair sprinlker system, provider came to residence, gave a estimant on cost, scheduled appointment for the next day but did not show or call. Finally I called to see what happened and provider apoligized and resechduled appointment. Still have not heard back from provider.
Description of Work: Provider schedule an appointment only to not show or call, reschedule and still haven't heard fron provider.
