I called Mr. Creech and he said he would be there this evening.he told me it was $65 for a service call plus whatever needed done. Everyone else we spoke too told us it would be one to two days if we were lucky. When Mr Creech arrived he introduced himself to my husband and myself, my husband showed him the unit and explained our problem. It wasn't' keeping the house warm. The unit was set on 74 but reading 64. He looked over the unit, diagnosed the unit, told my husband what was wrong and fixed it. He was very neat and there no mess
