The store itself is a jumbled mess with out prices. I found tile I wanted so we went with them. Ricky sold it to us. The installation took 4 times the quoted time. Several of the boxes of tile were 1/4 of an inch off. Ricky came to drop off tile twice and tried to avoid speaking to me. He walked on freshly laid tile. The installer Shane would show up with no notice, for hours, not show up when he said and worked late. I had to ask him to leave at 9 pm. Once the work was finally completed they sent me s bill for the full price even after talking about a discount. I have left several messages. Since no one will respond to me I sent a letter with my full payment (including a discount). The one call back in 4 months was a voice mail that said he would be in the rest of the day. I called back within 2 minutes and they said Ricky was gone for the day. I recently received a letter saying they have repeatedly tried to contact me (1 bill and 1 VM in 4 months).. Please keep in mind I have sent payment. I called and spoke to Kevin who was rude and didn't know if his father in law the owner Charles was in. Later he told me he was on vacation. He told me he was the only one in the store and then hung up on me. So that is 3 lies in less than 5 minutes. I called right back and what do you know Michelle answered the phone. She was very polite and said Trent the manager or Shea in accounting would call me the next day. I asked her to call me back to make sure this was resolved. No call. This is by far the worst company and customer service I have ever experienced. Again keep in mind I have sent payment. Please please stay clear of this company!

Kevin sales associate came out, measured, gave estimate. Drew and his worker came out on a Monday. Pulled up old flooring, repaired a few concrete areas. Installed hardwood in great room, hall one day. Installed master bedroom third day. The molding, trim for between rooms and all. Trim at doorways matches the dark hickory wood well. They moved furniture and did thorough clean up. Hand scraped hickory is beautiful! Plan to do other 2 bedrooms as soon as possible.

The flooring was installed and almost immediately began to delaminate. I have attempted to get the company to respond to my complaints, but have not been able to resolve the situation. Initially, they brought a representative from the flooring manuafacturer to the house to look at the floor, and he said that there must have been moisture applied to the top of the flooring, which I know not to be true. I believe the floor was not allowed to properly dry after they removed the old ceramic tile before laying the laminate. Either that, or the laminate was defective. Of course, they are not going to admit that they are at fault.

AWFUL!! I had the room cleared out, which was my bedroom and they never showed. I had to sleep on the floor!
