It went great. Chuck was very professional and did the work that was promised and even more. I had gotten several estimates but Beaver Tree Service matched my lowest bidder and they did an excellent job!!! They showed up when they said they would and worked all day without taking a break. This was a pretty big job so it took two days to get it all done and we were very pleased. They came prepared with heavy duty equipment and a great crew. After all the trees were down, they loaded the big logs on a truck and chipped up all the limbs and ground up all the stumps. Once the job was finished, they cleaned everything up and blew off the sidewalk and driveway. I was so impressed with their work that I wouldn't let Chuck leave before getting another estimate for some additional work that we want done in the future. We received an almost immediate response for an estimate. The estimate was surprisingly lower than anticipated. Chuck, Dylan and their crew were professional and did an awesome job. I never saw a group of guys work harder and the teamwork they demonstrated was amazing! The entire job was completed in 2 days. When they left my yard; it looked fantastic. ALL debris was removed including the leaves:-) The price and service was second to none!

With safety on all of the crew members minds, they started removing all the limbs and then started on the trees. Work was done over several days due to weather and safety did not allow for them to hurry. The crew cleaned up my yard better than it was before they started. I was used Beaver Tree Service again if needed.

I called to get an estimate and they were here within 24 hours. The price was fair and I scheduled the work to be done within a week. I got a call 24 hours before their arrival to confirm the appointment and firm up their arrival time. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. The work was done quickly and professionally. The crew cleaned up all the debris and were out of here in just about an hour. They did a great job and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Beaver Tree Service exceeded our expectations! The quality of the work was superior. They were prompt and courteous. Chuck's men actually climb the trees instead of bringing in large equipment (such as a bucket truck) which could easily disfigure the lawn. They did a thorough job removing all debris and cleaning up. I will use Beaver Tree Service again and recommend them to all my friends!

Very pleased with tree removal,stump grinding, and tree. Did everything asked for including cutting an extra limb from another tree not included on original estimate.Yard was clean when they were finished, they removed all the cut tree limbs and trunks. Recommend and would use again. Chuck and his son Dylan were very nice and professional.

Prior to us buying our home it had been vacant for about 3 years.Obviously the landscaping was neglected.This tree is huge and old.There were a lot of dead limbs everywhere and "suckers'. It almost looked like a very large bush! Smaller branches were coming from everywhere! Two huge branches hung directly over our house, fence, and one near the neighbors house. We were very concerned of branches falling on our house, fence, and/or neighbors house. This company returned calls quickly and were professional, yet down to earth.First, we scheduled a bid and Chuck gave us a written bid. Second, we scheduled the time for the job.They showed up exactly on time, were prepared, had a plan, and safety was a concern. They went above and beyond by chipping up other branches from trees we had trimmed that were by the road. I didn't even have to ask. I forgot to move chairs, etc. away from the tree prior to their arrival and they moved the things even though I offered. The tree looks beautiful!!! It looks better than we even expected! There were absolutely no problems at all! Of course I always want to pay less for services, and this did cost more than we expected prior to the bid, but this huge tree did require about a 5 man crew and it took about 4 hours to complete. After the job was complete we were charged the exact amount of the bid we were given previously. They even trimmed two limbs that were not expected to be trimmed when they gave us the bid.They cleaned up every small branch and they left the yard exactly how it was when they arrived. Except our tree was beautiful! We are extremely pleased with this company from beginning to the end. We would definitely recommend this company and use them again!

I have not experienced this quality of service in a very long time. The Beaver crew was exceptional. They were proficient, efficient, professional and showed great pride in the work that they did. Their equipment was well maintained and clean. I was blown away by the whole experience. I don't think any other tree service could do a better job as I could not find a single item to criticize or recommend for improvement .

Chuck and his guys arrived early as they said they would and his estimate of the time to complete the job was right on the money. Beaver Tree Service is highly recommended. I am a Manager for a retirement center complex and have used Beaver Tree Service for the past 5 years. Fast, dependable service and they clean up everything when completed with job. I have called in the morning and he would have his team here in the afternoons (emergency). Chuck and his employees are professional, friendly, reliable, and very careful when cutting down trees or limbs not to hit the buildings or a parked car. Highly recommended in the Enterprise Area.

When he leaves your yard you do not know that he was there.

Called in time and followed up nicely. Made it clear that he can't beat the price given by local guy as he is from out of town. Very transparent and professional, courteous.

Work started on time as promised and finished within a reasonable time frame. Trees were removed however the cleanup was poor. There were at least 3 inches of wood shavings where each tree was that could have been raked away but wasn't. When I called the owner to let him know that there was a lot left to be cleaned, he started cussing at me saying that I was being unreasonable and that he's always proud of his work and I'm the first person to tell him that he's less than perfect. I would think someone so proud of his work would want to come back to fix the problem without a complaint. He reluctantly came back only to pick up the check but also spent another minute raking a pile of shavings away in a very forced manner. There were much more left but he said that was all he was willing to do because he already spent so much time raking earlier. They had hacked off a bush on the side of the house to move their equipment to the backyard and also left the branches on the ground instead of removing them. I was shocked to see how anyone would react in such a way over me stating an obvious observation that there were more clean up to be done. After they left, me and my husband spent an hour or 2 every weekend for the past 2 months to clean up the residual wood shavings they refused to clean up for us. It seemed as if they just wanted to remove the tree but not clean up after. The tree that was 'removed' in the front yard is growing back but I will be calling another service to remove it. What happened to the customer is always right? If you hire these guys, just know that they won't clean up what they leave behind and the owner turns from Mr. Friendly to Mr. Nasty in a split second. I would've paid more to use another service knowing what I know now and would not recommend this business.

Excellent service. Chuck and his crew were very professional and completed the job very efficiently. The yard was cleaned and no trace of the tree remained. I would hire them again for any tree service. A pleasure to work with.
