I called him from another state and was very pleased on how fast he had gotten back to me. I mailed him a check for the amount that he requested prior to him completing the work. Since I was not there, I do not know exactly what happened in the beginning but what I was told that after they started removing the tree, the water had then started running down the street. Chuck told me that the water was already like that and that he had not touched a thing. The renters that was in the house never had a problem with excessive water bills, so I assumed that he had busted the line. I then had to beg him to finish removing the roots from around the line so that the plumber could repair it. I paid the plumber. Once I arrived here, I had to beg him again to finish the job because there were still roots left in my yard. When I came home, there were tire tracks left from where he spinned out on my grass and the roots were still not all removed. He was rude to me several times, I felt mistreated as a customer. He acted like he was doing me a favor by doing a job that I had already paid for. I didn't even ask him to pay the plumber but because he felt offended he was rude and called my neighbor names. There's a lot more to it, but if you have a simple job, not around water lines or foresee any complications, I am sure that he is great, but Lord help you if there is a conflict because this man is rude and stubborn.

We were really leery at first because Chuck's quote came in at about half of all the other quotes we got. We requested insurance information and were given a phone number to call. The insurance company emailed the requested information the next day. The crew showed up on time at 7:00 AM. It took them one day to remove all ten trees, clean the yard, and grind the stumps. He even made the crew and us hamburgers for lunch on the grill. The entire process was very safe and professional. Will be using them again.

We were very happy with there service. They were punctual and professional. Start to finish they were here 6 hours. We would use them again!

The service went well. The price was good. We did some comparison with other tree services and he beat the price and did a good job. He couldn't get to the job right away but he called to let me know. He ended up being there when he said he would and did a great job.

They are very competitive with pricing. They are very professional and neat. They leave your yard looking better than when they arrived. We have compared them with other tree services, and they are cheaper than the other companies we have checked. I have recommended them to other friends.

The owner, Chuck said they would be here about 7:30 a.m. His employees got here around 7:15 a.m. and got started even without him. They were very quick and even cut up some of the wood for us to use in our fire pit. I have used them before and in appreciation for the repeat business, I got a discount. I have used them before to take down a pine tree that was damaged in the tornado and they did a great job with that too. They bring their own chipper and are careful with the lawn.

They did a very impressive job on that oak tree and I didn't think I could save it. I liked the fact that he was very professional, he had a lot of knowledge and he knew exactly what he was doing. I would highly recommend him and I would use him again for sure. If I could rate him higher than an A I would.

This is the 3rd job that I have contracted with this company. They are VERY kind and do their best to be "least invasive" it caring for your trees. They always leave a very clean "Post-Job" site and are very informative~ Chuck will always update via phone call if they are running late and even provide an extra courtesy call if they are able to get the job done earlier( which is usually the case). Thank you.

Every job has been great. He comes when he says he's going to come, his guys work like crazy, and the best part is they do a great job of cleaning up.
