 + -1 moreThey are conveniently located and very responsive to my needs. It's a plus that the water testing is free. They are a full-service provider and I've never been disappointed. Prices are fair and their staff is very knowledgeable. Very friendly atmosphere. They have exceeded all expectations. Jim and Kelly are the owners. Preston is one of their employees. All are pleasant to work with. Fair, honest, and hard-working. Their advice is always spot-on.
Description of Work: On one occasion they quickly diagnosed that I had a faulty salt cell. They arranged for another company to replace it at a great cost saving to me. On another occasion they sent someone to balance the pool water and see that I had a clear pool just in time for the grandkids to visit. I go there frequently to have my water tested.

I needed to replace the cell which wasn't cheap but that happens with these systems. Note that the phone number listed on Angie's List is incorrect. It should be 334.347.7462

 + -1 moreThey did a great job installing my pool, I was able to pick out the pool I wanted and the ordered it for me , it came in in less than a week. They did a great job installing my pool, and they were very polite and helpful to all my questions I had. A very good contractor with all your needs meet.
Description of Work: They installed an above ground pool in my back yard. They leveled off the area and added sand to where the pool will sit. Cleaned up all area around where pool will be installed.

 + -1 moreThey came in and prepared the area where the pool was installed and did a great job installing the pool and cleaning up when the where finished. I was apple to order the pool from them and they did all the work preparing the ground and installing the pool. They did a very professional job and the people who did the work and at the store where very polite and helpful in all my need's.
Description of Work: They but in an above ground pool 24 Ft round .Had to level the ground and add sand to the area where the pool was going to be installed.

 + -1 moreI had a horrible experience with them. The workmanship was shotty. They were hired to detect a leak and it took a couple of months and numerous phone calls to get them back out. The pool was still under warranty and they said they never found anything. The quality of work was poor, as well as the service and attitude.
Description of Work: For pool and spa service I used A Best Pools. We used them from last fall to spring.
