+ -1 moreAfter estiment, came out and took off old roof. Installed the metal roof. It is very fllimsy, but he insisted it was sturdy. Also promised, if there was "any" leaks he would come back out and seal them up. Came one time for a small leak. Have called him several times about how the roof is leaking even worse but no response. After this last storm (12/16/2012) the INTIRE ROOF LEAKED!!! We will not be calling him again...when summer comes, we will have someone else come out and rip off the entire thing.
Description of Work: Had them come and give an estimate to "fix" another bad contractors work. Relaced plastic roof with sheet metel.

+ -1 moreWork was completed in two days. Cleanup was performed each day before John and his helper left for the day.
Description of Work: We have a portion of our roof that is almost flat (over our kitchen) and an old chimney which we no longer use. Both areas have leaked in the past. Tim and John Lawrence are professionals, and made the flashings needed around the chimney in their machine shop and installed waterproof roofing over our kitchen. We are extremely pleased with their work. They also guaranteed their work for two years. Time and rain will tell if we have any leaks.
