Billy and his grandson did a great job finding the problem and telling me how it needed to be fixed. They were able to do a temporary fix till the AC damper could be replaced so the upstairs bedrooms would be cooler. They were very friendly and accommodating.

Entered request to Home Advisor for a quote from Billy Don's Air at 7:15 a.m. Received a call at 7:25 a.m. same day. He came out that day did a thorough inspection of my current HVAC including under the house which two other contractors had not done. Complete replacement began at 7:30 a.m. the next day and completed by 7:00 p.m. He set up an in window temp 1K AC to keep my wife comfortable during the install. Mr. Armstrong and his staff were very personable and professional completing the HVAC replacement including correcting other problems he encountered not related to the HVAC. Received a follow up call the following day to insure the unit was functioning properly and that the cleanup was thorough. I will recommend to all I encounter.

I originally only wanted to get a new air conditioner for my new house I just purchased because you know how much money thing cost when you relocate. I had to keep to my budget and a new whole house system was not it. Well, Mr. Billie Don came out to check out what I needed done. He did a very comprehensive check of my entire system. He showed me my system and explained to me what he saw and gave me his thoughts on the problems. All I heard was money, money, and more money. I was bound to only pay a certain amount and nothing more. After all said and done after talking to Billie Don on the savings on my utility bills ( I got my 1st gas bill and almost had a heart attack) I was smart to listen to Billie Don. From start to finish my installation went smoothly and his entire crew was very professional and courteous. They kept me involved in every step of the install. The entire crew know their business and I thank them. After all said and done I am very happy with my â Whole House Systemâ and already see the difference in comfort of my home. And when my next utility bill comes in, i wonâ t have to dread opening the envelope.

Everyone was so helpful and personable. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing it throughout the whole process, and really worked around our schedule for us. They are also really great with pets! Hopefully our brand new system won't have any problems, but if they do I won't call anyone else except Billy Don.

Billy Don AC is a top notch service provider. I had 3 other A/C companies come to my home and quote me a cost for replacing my home A/C and heating. Billy Don was the ONLY one who showed our home respect by wearing protective booties to prevent soiling our carpets. Billy Don was also the ONLY company which pointed out the 3 code violations my current system had. Billy Don AC spent more than an hour inspecting our old equipment's condition and estimating the correct tonnage for our home. The other guys spent less than a minute inspecting our current installation before throwing out an estimate.

Mr. Don came out and gave me an estimate on the cost to repair. I was hiring him to fix or install duck work, and fix or replace the drip pan, which all of this work was done in the attic. Before we could setup a date and time to perform the work I requested the unit went out and he fixed it at a reasonable price. He performed the work requested beyond my expectation. He made sure all work was done correctly and professionally, and that access to the unit could be done safely.
