Billy Don's Air

I contracted with Billy Dons Air to replace my old duct work under the crawl space of my house. I thought the quote from Billy Don was a little high but I awarded the project to him. He and his two sons did all of the work. When they started the project, their attention to detail became apparent very quickly. They explained what they were doing and why all along the process. As the project continued, they went above and beyond. They carried out quite a bit of debris from under the crawl space and disposed of it. They took the time to remove old plumbing and pipes. They took the time to strap up existing plumbing and wiring to the floor joists. They found and fixed two plumbing leaks. When they finished the job, I had a clean, uncluttered crawl space and the duct work was perfectly installed , insulated and sealed to the point of being virtually completely air tight. When the job was finished, I realized the quote was more than reasonable and in addition I got a lot more for my money than I was expecting. Thanks to you Billy Don and your two sons, the kind of work ethic that I saw from you and your sons is very rare these days.

This company will be who I use for A/C and Heating work should I need them in the future. They installed a new system in less than 2 days. He kept me informed about every major step of the installation. They were very professional, courteous and clean. I definitely recommend this company.

The initial report included that a new fan was needed. The company didn't intend to mean this was included in the quote, but it certainly appeared that way to me. They honored the quote because they agreed they should have written the report with a comment that the attic fan wasn't included. This indicated high integrity to me.

Billy Don was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time for the estimate, and when I hired him to install an A/C and furnace unit he was also on time. He was thorough with his estimate, and provided great insight. He arrived on a Friday morning at 7:30 (like he said), and worked until 9:00 Friday night (2 hour and get supplies). He came back at 7:30 Saturday morning and worked till 11. Quality work was performed at all levels! Other companies stated the job could be done in about a 1/2 day. No way it can be installed correctly in a 1/2 day. When complete, he ask me to come up in the attic and he showed me everything I needed to know. He also cleaned up thoroughly when finished. He also provided 2 portable units in our home while the A/C was being replaced! To top it off, the next day I noticed I did not have any hot water. I called Billy Don and ask him could he have accidentally done something to affect the hot water heater during installation. He said that was possible, and he immediately sent his son Corey to check it out. He arrived within 30 minutes, and it was the pilot light on our hot water heater. Billy Don is a honest man, and will make sure the job is done right. I fully recommend Billy Don's Air, and will only use them for my heating and air needs. Great experience!!

My a/c unit was checked out and I was told the total for repairs before any work was completed. Once work was completed, the total was actually less than I was quoted. All work was done in a timely fashion and I am very pleased. I will call Billy Don's again if I need future repairs because I know I will be treated fairly and the work will be done right.

WOW...I would give them 10+ stars if I could. They did excellent work, we have a new AC/Heat pump and they went above and beyond to correct the old installation. They put in boards, a walk way in the attic and turned the new unit in the correct direction to enable effortless maintenance of the new system. They installed the drain correctly, put in a shut off float and it's beautiful and cool. They worked continually and cleaned up everything. They are friendly and extremely good at their job. They were prompt and I can't say enough about their outstanding work ethic. Thanks to Don & Corey!

Billy Don and his sons are very thorough and they know what they are doing. They did a good job and I think the quality of work is much higher than most in the area.

I'm a first-time homebuyer new to dealing with maintenance issues. I heavily depend on referrals from friends and services such as Homeadvisor.com. When I called Billy Don, I felt he was doing everything he could to come out and take a look at my AC unit (which had stopped cooling over the weekend) as soon as possible. He arrived at the job earlier than scheduled, confidently determined the problem and quickly got to work. I was very pleased with how well the visit went. He will be my "go to" guy for future AC repairs and services~highly recommend!!

When he tells you he will be there at 7, he means 7, not 8 or 9. They got to my home at 7 and where done at 3:30. They did a great job. They cleaned up so well if I did not have a new ac and coil I would not be able to tell they had been here. He was not the cheapest but he was not the highest. He and his son take great pride in their work, they fixed some things that they did not have to fix and did not charge me for them. When it is time for a new heater he will be the only one that I call. I look forward to dealing with him again. Thanks.

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME-IT WAS WELL WORTH IT! Veterans or Active Duty give him a try..HOOOAAAAHHHHHHH!! I was looking on the line trying to find a technician for my heater furnace. I had called out another company twice, but the system kept breaking down. Don's price was $$$'s cheaper and I was really, really satisfied with his professionalism and work. Don was very professional and exceptional in the installation of new ducts and a/c unit. His crew was always on time, cordial, and performed their job with skill. He was always keeping us updated with the project as well as explaining the what/why of the install. Anything that was discovered during the work was corrected as part of the original price. He is a man of integrity. My wife and I are very pleased with him and his crew and we highly recommend him to anyone.
