I was so thankful for the young man coming to repair my air conditioner because it was so hot. He completed the job and was very polite.

Don, and son Cory, did a phenomenal job replacing a ductless split system that had failed. After agreeing to a cost, they set about replacing the old system, but ran into a continual string of problems, much the result of shoddy workmanship from the previous installer. Tubing had to be adapted to the new system, along with rewiring the existing system to accommodate the new system. What was suppose to take 4-5 hours, took nearly three days. Neither Don or Cory complained or threatened to abandoned the job; but, cheerfully pressed on, saying these things happen. I was most impressed with their attitude, demeanor, attention to detail, and old fashion quality workmanship. You need an HVAC guy? Look no further. Call Billy Don's Air
