I've know James now for nearly 2 years. Back in the summer of '22, the weekend of July 4th to be exact, the A/C in our AirBNB went out. Mind you, it was blistering hot and we had someone scheduled to check-in that same Saturday. I called about every A/C company I knew, and no one was taking appointment. Made a quick post on Facebook and James Vandy came in highly recommended. I called him and he was able to diagnose and repair all in the same day - and for a reasonable price. Since then, I've learned that James has earned his experience from working many years for a highly reputable local Heating & Air company. He not only has honed in on the skill of the trade, but he has also learned what customers want and what customers expect. From then on, James has grown his company into the skill-set customer-driven business he had envisioned. And I have used him multiple times since then - including a complete A/C replacement. You can always expect him to be open and honest with his work.

James and his crew installed a new heat pump and air handler in our home in late 2022. His communication, professionalism, cleanliness and friendly attitude were top-knotch!! The price was very affordable and were considerably less than two other quotes we received for the same work. Since then he's been back out to perform our seasonal inspections.
