Barnes Custom Cabinets

Description of Work: I have a galley kitchen. One wall of the cabinets was installed on a brick wall. The upper cabinets have come loose and they have not responded to any of my many attempts to contact them by phone or e-mail. Have had to prop them up to prevent them from falling off the wall. Also, there are a few spots near the floor that the stain either did not take or was put on faulty at the time they were installed. Cupboards were installed in the fall of 2012 and have tried intermittently to contact them to fix the stain. Noticed the cupboards separated from wall in January of this year and they have ignored all attempts at contact. | |The cupboards were not made as I instructed. I wanted them to be set up identical to the old ones that were removed. Drawers are narrower and shorter. Cupboard doors only open half way which is a real problem over the dishwasher as I am short. Told them not to make them to take a microwave over the stove and did it anyway. Bottom shelves have a lip on them making it difficult to use a lazy susan and to take things out of the cupboard without scratching or denting the trim. Stain was not sealed and tend to water stain around and over the sink if not kept wiped down. |

Description of Work: He put in base cabinets and wall cabinets in my laundry room and in my kitchen.
