It went very good.

It was great, its the second time that I used them. They're just super nice, upfront with the pricing, and showed up. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They wanted to cut corners for the installation and neglected to put in an additional downspout. The gutter would empty on the roof and then another gutter would catch the water. Because of the water emptying on the roof, mold started to grow. I called them to come out and fix the gutter and they refused. The woman that I spoke to at their office, the owner, yelled at me saying they didn't do anything wrong and would not be out. She said that we were out of their way and if they came back we would have to pay them $500 or more. My husband tried to reason with her and was unable to. We found them through Service Magic and I made several calls to Service Magic in order to get them to come back out. They reluctantly came back and added the additional downspout that they should have included in the beginning, at no additional charge.

Overall they did a good job. They were prompt to provide quotes on copper and aluminum gutters. They didn't make it out the first two times they were scheduled to come, but did come out on a Saturday to get the job done. The gutters look good and they used high quality materials. One negative is that they did not clean up well, I found 8 inch nails and other materials in the front and back yard. The price was very competitive, I received about 5 quotes and their quote tied for the least expensive. Very nice people to work with.
