He did an excellent job. He was easy to work with and he did a great job. The quality of the work was excellent.

They were very good, courteous and took their time. They cleaned up the up the mess and did everything we asked of them.

I would highly recommend them to anybody. They did everything for us. They did some wood trim for us, did some landscape projects for us, draining, etc.

They did some excellent work on our upstairs. Below, they didn?t use anyone professionals for the plumbing. Didn?t glue parts together and it leaked everywhere. We're having to spend more money to have it fixed. The owner physically worked on our property for only three days. The work crew had little guidance from Tommy and they often had little idea about what else needed to be done after finishing what task they had been given. This led to them leaving early many days causing the job to take much longer than it should have. The bathroom looks amazing but the technical(electrical / plumbing) work behind all of it had to have a lot of rework. We?ve spent a lot of money fixing their mistakes. The reason we had the new shower built was because our old shower had standing water in the improperly built shower pan. The new shower pan/floor is holding more water than the old shower did. The drain is higher than the surrounding tile floor. The carpentry and the tile look great, but don?t trust this guy with your electrical or plumbing, his crew does not really know what they are doing in these trades. If Tommy does know how to do these, he wasn?t on the job to make sure they were done properly. After he realized that his mismanagement of the project was really starting to cost him money, he no longer worried about cleaning up HIS mistakes as evidenced by the blatant failures in quality control in the end.

As above, never showed up after I thought (?) I contracted with him.

He is a good friend and did good work. I like the efficiency and speed in which he accomplished it.

We ended up asking the painter to come back and re-do a part of the wall around the bathroom door. The walls in that room are textured and the texture was really obvious that it didn't match up. Tommy sent back the painter without any questions and he did a great job fixing it. Tommy also trimmed and sanded a couple of doors that I had already replaced without charge. He was very professional and always in great spirits!

I left a general description of several services that I wanted performed to prepare my home for rental and asked several questions on the voicemail. Perhaps perhaps the provider did not want smaller jobs or was on vacation, but a call back would have been the professional thing to do.

The quoting process with Tommy's Contracting was very good. Their prices were low. They were timely. They gave me information quickly so I was happy with that.

Tommy was very easy to deal with. He provided the estimate and I thought it was fair. His team hit the floor running and did the work and was flexible. They were concerned with keeping the mess contained.

I didn't use him. He was very professional. He gave me the estimate the day after I called so he was very prompt. I had nothing against him; I just chose a different one. I would certainly consider him in the future.

Found on internet Tommy owner and workers pleasant, friendly courteous, reasonable, used company twice.

Punctual, reasonable and very professional. Even came at night to fix my leaking roof before a forcasted big storm. Would highly recommend for any repair or remodeling type job.

We got a reference to call Tommy's. We did so and he came out the next day with several subcontractors. We walked him through the project which entailed a wide variety of work, inside and out. We discussed options, he talked to the subcontractors and left. The next day he returned with concrete contractors and landscapers. He took them around and discussed the project with them, asking us for clarification and discussing various options. After about an hour, they left. Tommy came back a few days later with another concrete contractor, discussing different options and making sure we had a consensus on the project on all levels. He presented his bid in a timely fashion, detailing the work to be done and the specifications we required.

Remodel was done over three months. Fine, good work, great attitude and good crew. Responded well to changes.

Tommy did an excellent job. The extent of the damage wasn't obvious at first, but after peeling back the trim around the door, it became obvious the builder of the house had not installed the door very well. Tommy shimmed and secured the door, replaced the hinges, and put a new door handle and lock on the door. He did an excellent job and was done in about 2 hours time (ver 2 days since some stuff had to dry). He was on time, respected my privacy while working, and was very fair about charges for the extent of the work done. Would definitely use again!

As was my last experience, Tommy does excellent work. I manage my own properties, but I am no handyman. Tommy will actually walk around my house every month and will walk through it every couple of months to look for anything that needs fixing. He just fixes most things that are small (but a called repairman would charge you $100+), and he will give me an estimate if there is something larger that is broken. I paid a lot of money for my properties and he takes care of their maintenance as if they were his own. My tenants love him and he responds pretty much immediately to any of their calls.

See above. Tommy and his crew do excellent work and if you want a contractor who does it right the first time and has integrity to follow up and ensure the product is continuing to hold up, hire Tommy.
