Mr. Dan's Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

Another company did a really shoddy job on our system and Mr Dans had good reviews and word of mouth was good so we messaged them on Angie list and they responded in short time and repaired next day. Victor was such a help showing what had been done wrong and educated me on how to maintain system for long life and performance, very pleased with work. Pumped tanks,replaced pump built up riser correct. Didnt wreck my yard either which was nice. Thanx Victor

Turned out a spoon had been flushed down the toilet by one of the kids and was the cause of the blockage. Spoon was removed and toilet was fixed

He was on time and very professional. Did an inspection of the problem and the rest of the plumbing in the house. The price was a little high but not as high as some others. Decided to wait to we could save up the money.

They are a pretty good company. Their prices are higher than another company I have used. They do a good job. They knew what they were doing. They came on time.

It went great! I called in the morning and by the late afternoon, I had a new hot water heater. The workmen were very polite and very professional.

Judd did a good job with the gas line. Logistical problems for replacing the water main in this older home caused the work to take longer than I expected.

Contacted online they called the next day and Mandy set up the appointment. Chad arrived within the time frame dictated and called appx 30 min before arrival to confirm. Technician was knowledgeable and willing and prepared to explain not only what he was there to do but answer other questions regarding plumbing and septic systems. Line was unclogged, tech cleaned up. Respectful and professional. As with any professional service you can buy it cheaper but you can't buy it better. I would and will use them again. Never gave I been more impressed with a service company! The employees were thorough, courteous, professional and knowledgable! Not only did they do a great job, they also cleaned up when they finished the time consuming repair if what others had "fixed" over the years.

I have never had a better experience with a plumber than we had from Heath (and Levi) today. We'd been dealing with our problem for almost a week with very little luck from the "local" plumbers. I signed up for Angie's List just to try and find an actual qualified plumber and these guys topped the list for our area. Just calling to speak with their dispatch to set up an appointment made me feel very confident that they would be able to help us out. Once they arrived, Heath didn't try to talk us into anything we didn't need, he simply figured out what was wrong and took care of the problem. Yes, it was a little pricey (and they do charge for a service call), but when is plumbing not expensive?! It was well worth what we paid to have our water back running again! If we have any more plumbing issues, you can be sure we will be calling Mr. Dan's from now on. I would (and will) suggest these guys to anyone looking for good, quality, service.

Everything went as it was supposed to go. Very pleased with the guys who came to take out the old water heater and install the new one. They were both very professional, friendly, knowledgeable about their job, etc. Although it was a very large expense, I'd like to think that the price is in line with what other area plumbers charge. It is rare to need the services of a plumber, but any time that we do, we have always called Mr. Dan's Plumbing, and they have always done an exceptional job and rarely ever make us wait long before sending someone out.

They did a full inspection of all the plumbing in the house and advised us that there may be a class action lawsuit for the type of plastic pipe that is installed. They recommended that all the piping be replaced, but said we should check on the lawsuit first since that would pay for the replacement. In the meantime they replaced the connection to the hot water heater (which had been improperly installed) and replaced a section of the plastic pipe to get rid of the pinhole leak. They were very courteous and were willing to discuss all the options.

Someone came out promptly and fixed it. He was very polite, professional, and arrived when he said he would be there. We will definitely call them again when we need plumbing help.

They fixed the immediate problem and left for a short time for parts. They determined that we need the septic system cleaned. They set this cleaning for latter this week since its raining

I have used this contractor before and will certainly do so again. Josh is so courteous and professional and always does a fantastic job!

The technician did a great job and it didn't take very long at all. The price was fair.

Heath came the same day that I called. He told me my options and fixed my problem.

I entered request for service through Angie's List, but after not hearing from Mr Dan's Plumbing for a week, I called their office and got scheduled for very next morning. Was told they never got the request through Angie's List. Unfortunately, the front office staff overbooked the septic tech and he called to reschedule for the following morning between 0730 and 0900. Showed up at 0940. Not too bad. Did a great job once he got here and provided a military discount as well as the Angie's List coupon, very appreciated. Very efficient, very professional, great job!

I have used mr. Dan's plumbing in the past but this was the first time for their septic part. They came out and pumped out the tank. The gentleman was professional and on time. We were expecting to have to replace the field lines but did not have to. The lid over the tank did have a crack line in it which is understandable since the unit is approximately 48 years old. Mr. Dan's professional whose name was Josh explained everything to us as well as the costs. We elected to replace the lid and Josh came out the following day as he promised. After he had removed and replaced the lid, he showed us the old lid and that it had a hole in the underside. This could have been a very serious problem had it not been taken care of. We appreciated Josh's knowledge and his taking the time to completely go over everything with us. He could have easily sold us new field lines (we were ready to buy) which we did not need. This is typical of the service we have had from Mr. Dan's in the past. Is it no wonder that we are "repeat" customers?!

We started having a problem with the toilets flushing slowly and drains backing up. Called Mr Dan's plumbing and they showed up the very same day to help. Josh was extremely polite and professional and even though I had no idea where the septic tank was actually located, he found it and pumped everything out. It then turned out that the line going into the house was clogged so Josh came back early the next day with unclogging tools to finish the job. I am EXTREMELY please with the service I got from this company and will certainly use them again in the near future to fix some minor plumbing issues I have inside the house. The quote for the septic tank pumping was exactly what I was quoted and the unclogging bill was considerably less. I am a very happy customer.

I have used them for the last several years! They show up when they say they will and I usually get same day service. I am very satisfied with them.

It went very well. Once the septic tank was pumped because the water was backing up in the basement bathroom, it was discovered that there was still a problem. The tech, Cory, called the company and arranged for a plumber to come out. They were here within a few hours and took care of the problem. So far, so good!!

Before Mr. Dan's Plumbing arrived, none of the drains in the house would work. When they left, all drains were working.

I was very disappointed because I needed two toilets repaired, because they were clogged. The plumbers that came out, only worked on one of the two toilets. They came to my house multiple times and only worked on one of two toilets. The one that they did look at still isn't fixed. I asked to speak with the owner because, everything I wanted repaired wasn't complete. The owner refused to to talk to me. The people at Mr. Dan's Plumbing refused to come back out, and informed me I would be better off hiring someone else. I have never had this much trouble with a plumber before.
