+ -1 moreCalled before arriving and arrived on time. Kept area clean and free of odors. Sang me the chimney sweep song upon finishing. Explained the defects he found and how to make the repairs. Offered estimates on his charges to make the corrections. Mostly how to clean the exterior of chimney and preventing rain from blowing down the chimney.
