Terminix - Dothan -Termite & Pest Control

Description of Work: They seem to not be responsive unless called first and then miss several ant hills in the yard. After several months of service (under new service man) I have yet to see him, only notice left by him that he had been here. I am not pleased with this company.

Description of Work: Our problems have not been with our service technician or the control of pests. Our problem has been with billing issues. We always write a check when the service is completed for the amount shown on the statement. For more than a year now, we always receive a bill due about a week after the service that states we owe the payment for the service. Complicating the matter is that they always state our service amount at a higher amount rate than the statement received at the time of service. We have called and emailed Terminix to try to get this resolved but there are always 2 different billing amounts and the follow up bill that doesn't acknowledge we have paid. We've learned to ignore the mailed bill completely.

Description of Work: Sprayed outside of house...quarterly maintenance visit. They do a fine job, but sometimes do not arrive on scheduled time. Last call was at least 4 hours late. Other than that would recommend.

Description of Work: We use Terminix for pest control. They come about every two months or so.
