+ 0 moreI have used Prime HVAC for the past several years. They do my semi annual ac/heat pump pre season inspection, cleaning etc, for which I pay an annual fee which is very reasonable. About 1 to 2 years ago, their service person came out in the middle of December and about 2 weeks later, on Christmas Eve no less, my heat pump stopped working. I called their phone number & spoke to the owner, who made the house call himself to fix my heat pump. This is what exceptional customer service is all about. I highly recommend Prime HVAC for any hvac issues or appliance repairs

+ -1 moreI have used Prime HVAC for a few years for my semi annual service on my ac/heat pump. They are always prompt and courteous. I have a home shield contract since I purchased my home in 2007, and when I needed service on my ac/heat pump, Prime HVAC was the contracted service professional that was selected by (Old Republic Home Shield) I have a cat who is very social and the service men don't seem to mind that she might be in the way, checking them out & seeing what they're doing. They will do a follow up phone call for the appt. to see if we're still on schedule for that day & either let me know if they're running late or to see how my schedule is going. The can start the work on the outside if I'm not home yet. I highly recommend Prime HVAC

+ -1 moreThey also offer a maintenance plan with a percentage off for parts and labor and also two yearly maintenance visits included in the price. Filters are very reasonable for the quality from this company as well. Great Value!
Description of Work: Had to have an expansion valve replaced on our A/C. Very professional owner and company. Have used them now for three years and they have done the majority of the maintenance and work on our unit. We replaced our ductwork which was under the house with new ductwork in the attic and a new air handler and outside unit. The owner listens and tries to help with finding any problems over the phone. Very pleased with this business!
