Mr. Collin was quick to respond. He was too booked up to assist me, but gave me a great reference to someone who could. The springs were replaced by the next day. Not too many contractors would be willing to pass on work for the customers benefit. Thank you sir. Although I was not able to use his services I would imagine he would be a good contractor to work with.

Colin did fantastic work to take out my old sinks and replace with new ones that I had picked out. He was extremely polite and very attentive, especially when it came to getting our schedules to work. I am definitely calling upon them again for other stuff around the house.

This is the 3rd time I have had them do work for me with very satisfactory results. They can do any type of contracting job. Adam and Colin work well together, are very knowledgeable and have strong work ethic. I appreciate their diverse abilities. They are true handymen!!! Highly recommend.

He removed all the cabinet doors, and drawers, took them to his shop and spray painted them with high gloss enamel paint. He reinstalled them after the paint was dry and came back to retouch doors that needed additional attention. Good quality and professional service. Price was a bit high, but worth the value.

It went good, the guys worked hard to finished the job.

Arrived at appointed time to give a bid on the job. Gave a very detailed quote for the job and an estimated time that the job could begin and estimated length of time to complete. Very professional. Quote was within a few dollars of what I had estimated as fair. Kept me updated as to time of commencement. Showed up at appointed time to begin the job, was careful to protect or move furnishings. Very polite and focused on work. Job took a couple days longer than estimated, but always texting or calling regarding any delays and plans for completion. Quality work exactly as stated in quote. I have already recommended to several people and have them scheduled for more rooms next month. I would highly recommend these painters. I am VERY pleased with the results.

Colin and Adam did an excellent job. They had to replace some framing and molding around the garage doors. The painting work that was performed on all the doors and the screen door repair and painting was completed in a professional manner. Both Colin and Adam are very courteous and kept me informed on when they would be here. I will use them in the future for repairs around my house.

The workers were very friendly, polite, and professional. They finished the jobs in a timely manner and cleaned up the work area when they were finished. We will definitely call them again when we need repairs done!

.The Concierge contacted the Provider. I called to request an estimate. The Provider agreed to determine the cost the Saturday before my arrival. My e-mail was mis-read and we had to complete the estimate the following Monday. Without electricity the Provider cut the wood at his home and delivered it to the job-site to complete his work.

Outstanding job as always! They were on time got right to work and completed the job that day. I am always amazed how clean the lines were against the trim. Nice Job!

Outstanding job! Very professional! I removed two built-ins and needed some drywall repair and painting. They quoted me a very reasonable price and started right away. The part that impressed me was how strait the lines were when the wall was re painted. I highly recommend them and will have them back for future projects.

I had a screened porch constructed in July...but that contractor did not do electrical work. Adam and Colin (Odd Jobs Plus) had painted 2 bedrooms and a bath for me in May and did an excellent job. I called them to ask if they could install 2 ceiling fans on my new screened porch. I was so pleased with their painting job in May that I asked them to also schedule a convenient time to paint the rest of my home inside. I had a very busy summer and they worked around my schedule of having company and vacation. Their price was very reasonable... their quality of work is outstanding. Their attention to detail always amazes me. They clean up after themselves. They do all types of repairs and renovations...except roofing and screened porches. They are honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to have in my home. I now have a company I can trust to help me with any repairs or renovations I may need in my home in the future. I will highly recommend them to anyone who wants any job done right at an reasonable, honest price.

Words cannot express how satisfied and pleased I am with the expertise, professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic of Colin and Adam Tingle (Odd Jobs Plus!). From first contact, when we set an appointment for a free estimate, they were prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and presented a bid in a timely manner. They were patient and flexible when problems arose or I asked to add something to their "To Do List". When removing the tank to the toilet, so they could paint behind it ( I was surprised...others would have painted around it!) they found a hairline crack in the tank, then a cracked flange which was making the commode "rock". I have been having problems with this commode for several years. They told me it hadn't started leaking, so I didn't have to be replaced yet, but it would have to be replaced at some point. I asked them to replace it, saving me aggravation and damage from a leak and additional plumbing bill. They removed and replaced all the knobs and locks from the doors so paint wouldn't run on them, removed the bathroom wall sized mirror instead of painting around it. They repaired all walls and removed a wallpaper border from one room with no damage to the walls. They moved the heavy furniture to paint the walls, and replaced it when the walls were dry. They cleaned up after themselves before they left each of the 5 days they were here so that nothing interfered with daily living. I have asked them to return when their schedule allows, to paint more rooms and lay tile on my front porch. They will definitely be who I will call in the future for ANY work I need done!!!!

It looks cleaner, brighter, and has improved the overall look and feel of the room my family spends so much time in each day!

My dishwasher broke and leaked water all over my Pergo flooring causing it to buckle up. Odd Jobs Plus removed the damaged flooring, pulled up the old laminate flooring that was under the Pergo, and helped me decide what new flooring to purchase...ceramic tile! All baseboards were repainted after flooring was completed. A picture is worth a thousand words...so just check out the pictures!

As I watched the progression of the work, I felt like Odd Jobs was working on my home as if it were their own. Even though I was having the old carpet replaced, no paint was dripped on it. Colin Tingle is without a doubt the best painter I have ever used. He is meticulous and very well practiced. He even reworked a "built-in" bookcase making it look brand new simply by redoing the baseboards and adding trim to it to give it a more professional look. This was not something I asked him to do but something extra he did which gave the bookcase a finished look making the entire room look more complete. When a local carpet store broke the bedroom's closet doors installing carpet, they assured me they would pay for the repairs but didn't know who to call. I knew exactly who to call! Odd Jobs Plus! It is wonderful to have someone trustworthy and reliable to take care of my home.

The guys told us what they were going to do and then did exactly as asked (except to do some extra work at no cost when they felt it would enhance the project). The project wound up being more involved than expected and took a little more time than thought, but they never penalized us for the extended work time.

Odd Jobs is very courteous, respectful, hard-working, and perfectionistic. They use high-quality materials and only perform high-quality work. I have lived in my home for 17 years and have seen/used my share of handymen, but Odd Jobs was definitely the best experience from start to finish. The end-result was better than I dreamed, and I am a very, very satisfied customer!

Would NOT communicate effectively with us after hiring them. Asked questions and just got the run around. HORRIBLE experience!!

I've not seen the work to see if everything got done but my renter seems happy. I haven't seen the final bill but the price seems reasonable. My tenant said he was very pleasant and did a good job. He has been very good at communicating by email. He has been very nice and pleasant to deal with. I would absolutely use him again.

Colin Tingle (owner) is a very conscientious and meticulous worker. he is fast and one can immediately feel at ease with him as his demeanor is very tranquil. He is so good at painting that he did not need drop clothes or any aids. He did not drop any paint on the floors or other places it should not have been applied. He kept on task with NO distractions taking him away from what he needed to do. I can not say enough good things about this man and his company. We have already used his services twice and we will hire him again later when we are ready to repaint our kitchen cabinets. We had checked other people for our needs and their prices were MUCH higher than what we were charged. We feel the price was definately worth the service we got. He is a "jewel".
