house cleaning
+ -1 moreSo, my wife got home from work yesterday and called. No one ever showed. I called the owners phone number and left a message to inquire about the cleaning. No answer and no return call. Not cool!
Description of Work: Last week I called Frankie, the owner, to set up a weekly cleaning at our home since we have recently placed our house on the market. We have used this service before (a couple of years ago when in-laws were coming to town :) and were satisfied at that time. Anyway, we agreed on a price for a first time deep clean ($120) and scheduled a time for the cleaning (yesterday). It was going to be a big help since my wife and I both work and we want everything to look good when showing the house.

house cleaning
+ -1 moreThey missed something every time they so called cleaned. Sometimes they would leave a table or two not dusted. They did not sweep good. They did not dust everything they should have dusted. The house never smelled cleaned. I would never use them again.
Description of Work: They were to clean our home every other week. We keep it clean (2 adults) so they just had to do the normal stuff. Sweep, mop, dust.

house cleaning
+ -1 moreThey did not do a good cleaning. I keep my house fairly clean, so it shouldn't have been that hard for them.
Description of Work: I first had then come to do a "deep cleaning" in 9/2011, which is a higher price. They did a pretty good job that time, but when they returned, it looked like they wiped the counters off and swept. You could tell they did not vacuum, straighten up, and there was still dust on furniture. I called and they came back the next day and did a better job. I hesitantly called again to set up an appointment, but this time asked a few questions. The owner said I would be better off getting an individual because they could not meet my cleaning needs. I said " I would be better off to get an individual if I need my house vacuumed and dusted?" He said "yes"

house cleaning
+ -1 moreI was told that if at any time I was unsatisfied with the work they had done, that they would come back and redo it. That was not the case. After a very frustrating two months, having to go back and clean up after they left. My husband just asked them to go right in the middle of their session. According to one of the girls. She said that Frank only wants them to be at a house for two hours. Their is NO way you can deep clean my house in two hours. He also doesn't provide them with the proper cleaning supplies. I did feel bad for the ladies who work for him. They are undertrained and are not given the proper equipment they need to get the job done right.
Description of Work: They were hired to clean my home bi-weekly. This required a heavy cleaning including 4 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, den, formal living room, dining room, sunroom and kitchen with full eat in area. When I hired them they knew what I expected. That I would want a deep cleaning. They quoted me a cost of 95.00. That was a fair price. When they started. They were in a and out so fast, they did a half worked job. They basically straightened the house. Not cleaned it. They used no cleaning supplies. Even though they had said, Frank the owner would provide all cleaning supplies. Dust on the furniture, smudges on glass. The bathrooms looked like they went over them with a wet rag.
