+ -1 moreThey are local. Some of the things are pricey. Its hard sometimes to get someone to help you. A lot of the people need to know the products they're selling, they lack the knowledge.
Description of Work: We use Lowe's. We go two or three times a week. I bought some craft paints the last time I was there.

+ -1 moreThe refrigerate still not fixed yet. We have been in touch with Lowe's hotline for the extended warranty and they keep putting us off. Today we are still waiting to see if they are going to replace the refrigerate.
Description of Work: Lowe's does not acknowledge their extended warranty's people buys from them when they purchase big appliance's. My mother purchase a refrigerate and bought a extended warranty on it. Well, the manufacture warranty runs out so the extended warranty kicked in and Lowe's will not acknowledge it. Her refrigerate still does not work, the ice maker has quit working since day 1. We have contacted them about this product and they have been putting us off. So my advice to people that wants to buy anything from Lowe's, I would not do it. They will not acknowledge their warranty that you buy extra.

+ 0 moreI was going to replace hard wood floors. Provider suggested refinishing in an older home would be better. It was cheaper, and I love my floors. This was an excellent suggestion by the provider.

+ -1 moreIt looks pretty good. Their pricing seemed alright. LOWE'S have been pretty good. We've done some things with them and we've had a couple of times that we've been dissatisfied, if there was a problem, they responded very well.

+ -1 moreThe installer were both quick, professional and very business-like. I was extremely impressed and I once was an installer. Both of these professionals were in a word GREAT. I will use Lowe's Installation again.
Description of Work: My wife and I bought a water heater and a storm door and then had Lowe's provide installation for each item. We had never used Lowe's for installation services and wondered if this would be the best for us. Both professionals called ahead, gave the time that they would install and were very business-like. Both installers arrived on time, were very pleasant and informative as well as being very professional.

+ -1 moreWe went through Lowe's for Ceramic Tile. They subbed it out but we did our tile flooring through Lowe's about a week ago. We paid $1014.40. The contractor did a really nice job and everything was good.

+ -1 morewent very well. The employees at Lowe's were very kind and helpful. Didn't have to wait. They got in touch with me quickly to set day for free estimate. they came on time. Estimate was fair. They were on time and professional during install. They did good work. I'm happy with the finished project. paid about 500.00 for materials and labor.
Description of Work: installed ceramic tile and sink/counter top combo with new faucet hardware, and new toilet.
