They were very friendly and knowledgable. We would have been glad to use them again. In fact, we asked for a quote on future renovations - but never heard back from them. He did tell us at the time that they were booked for several months. We knew the work wouldn't happen for a while, but didn't think that meant no follow up on a quote for renovations. Again, we would use them for the work. They are just too busy.

They were a little pricey, but okay. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were fine as far as their service on giving the quote, but I just did not like the price.

Ken's been great. I've known him for fifteen years. He's honest and dependable.

Kenneth and his crew showed up on time and were respectful of our privacy. Even though the wanted to start earlier on most days, they gladly adjusted to our schedule to make the renovation as painless as possible. They cleaned everyday, paying close attention not to leave tools or nails behind for our 3 year old and 1 1/2 year old to find. They were always appropriate and respectful around my family--I didn't mind my boys watching them as they worked because there was no foul language or inappropriate conversations. I felt like Kenneth treated my house like it was his own--things were done correctly before I inspected them. In the middle of the project, we had two windows which could not be completed prior to the end of the work week. When a rainstorm occurred, and we had leaking at 9PM on a Saturday night, Kenneth came out and fixed the problem himself that night, as well as cleaning up the water that came through the unfinished areas. Kenneth and I agreed on a payment schedule and he did not ask for advances, nor did his price increase through the project. We did not have a written contract. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Woodham Construction and plan to use this company for our future home improvement projects.
