+ -1 moreHitman Pest Control does not require a contract, was available right away and arrived punctually at the time agreed upon. The cost was very reasonable for a heavy treatment. He did a GREAT JOB and I would hire him again.
Description of Work: We needed a one-time heavy-duty pest control treatment for a roach infestation at a rental property. I have used several pest control contractors in the area for my families' properties and none have been very good. For this rental property, I called several big-name exterminators in the area. None were available for immediate service, most had answering machines rather than a person answering the phone (they didn't call back), and they required a contract. Hitman is a small company, responsive to its customers, punctual, doesn't require a contract, and I would hire them again.
