David with Hathcock was very helpful in giving me flexibility on the amount of labor provided. I wanted to reduce the overall cost by performing some of the labor. I was given quotes that included my doing all the work, part of the work, and none of the work. Hathcock provided me options of two vendors, single and double hung, with various upgrade options. It was easy and painless to get in touch with David and discuss the options and get advice. I'm very pleased with the process and the windows seem to be very well made and installed. When I was concerned about some details on the work performed, David offered to send a crew to fix things. In the end, I didn't need the visit, but it is always nice to get the offer.

They had to cancel working several times for whatever reason, or they were late. I always asked that they call me before they came, but they rarely did. One time I had just gotten off work and when I got home, they had broke into my back yard through the fence and were working on the porch without my premission. The handle on the door he ordered for the porch was broke. He said he'd get another one to replace it. He got the new door but figured he could put the old door on and fix it. I specifically asked that he use the new door, but he didn't. About 3 months later, the old door handle broke again, I still have the damaged door because I can't afford to replace it. I do not recommend this company. Replaced the rubber strip on the threshold and moved the latch closer so it would catch the door handle and adjusted the pneumatic or hydraulic pump. But the handle has started sticking again.

They do covered patios, enclosures, pergolas, and guttering. They will even replace all the facia board before they do the gutters. This price included the roof, soffet, and the wiring for the speakers and the new fan. They re did the gutter system last. It is glass from floor to ceiling except for a couple windows that we asked them to put in. It is double pained and my plants and cats love it. It is an average of 74% at all times.

As requested, the company owner came to estimate costs and gave me a detailed list of what he would do, with a very reasonable price quote. Workers came promptly and did a very satisfactory job. The owner returned with follow-up inspection and for a report from me on my satisfaction. Everyone concerned demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and courtesy. I am perfectly satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

This company is an excellent company to work with. They are very professional, courteous, and their prices are very reasonable. They offer quality service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. It seems they really want to please the customer.

I would recommend them, they were very good, very professional and they did a good job. As a matter of fact, as soon as I get everything straightened out, they are going to do the back of my house. Then, when I can get the money together, I'm going to have them do the side of my house.

The owner came out and measured the openings. He gave us a quote a few days later and was prepared with several prices depending on what we wanted. Upon deciding on what we wanted we signed a contract. The order took only about 14 days to arrive and they scheduled us a few days later to install them. The installation crew was late the first day but on time the next. Installation went smoothly. Upon finishing they cleaned up and went through the house to look at any problems we saw. We did have one window that cracked and 1 window that was scratched. Three others had bent handles. All were reordered and are awaiting arrival and installation. One piece of advice. Remove anything from the interior wall that may fall, ie. pictures, clocks, etc. Our clock fell off the wall and broke while they were sawing a window frame in half. We love our windows and they look great.
