+ -1 moreHe called 2 hours after scheduled appointment to say he would not make it. I called Mr. Gardner to reschedule a few days later and he took 3 days to return my call.
Description of Work: Mr. Gardner did not show up for scheduled appointment to provide estimate for work.

Description of Work: Wouldn't recommend this contractor at all. we called for an estimate and 2 weeks later he came to our house. he received the specifications of what we wanted completed and he never came back. he called and said he would contact us the next week...its been 5 weeks and we have not heard from him. he came highly recommended. he always made the comment that he was real busy; however, a simple phone call explaining the situation would have been appreciated.

+ -1 moreChris is friendly, punctual, communicative and an excellent craftsman. He does big jobs and small to perfection. We felt very comfortable leaving him in our home when we weren't home. When he was finished he left everything spic and span. We are continuing our remodeling and he is the first person we called

Description of Work: Chris did an incredible job on our old-old house. He salvaged our old oak floors and they look AMAZING.. We will definitely be using Gardner Construction again as we will be doing kitchen over haul, bathroom, exterior wood replacement, exterior painting, etc!
