Warning! Warning! I'm telling you from experience dealing with Steve Etheredge, part owner with Calvin, of Fenced-In LLC. He doesn't complete the job and he takes people's money and overcharges them for his very poor service. I've called this person over dozens of times over the course of five months before he finally sent his unprofessional workers to my home. He was paid a total of $9,927.00 cash on time. He never had to wait as I did. He's been to my home four different times and still has not completed the work or the repairs for the fence I paid him for. He lies and gives me excuses after excuses, even sending workers who left blood on the fence after cutting themselves and trash all over my yard along with cigarette butts, and their food packages. Several of his workers were cussing and about to fight one another. The other was sitting down relaxing in my chairs, doing absolutely nothing. Steve Etheredge and Calvin last showed up at my property on September 8, 2021, not counting the other three times before and still have not completed the work. I've called this person over eighty times trying to get him to complete a job that I paid him for in full, without any incident and no wait whatsoever on my part. When his workers finally came out to my home on one occasion, I was told by Daniel and Kenny, Steve Etheredge's workers whom he sent to my house, that they were told to "Go over and do that black woman on Folsom's fence" because he was tired of me calling him. May I remind you that I paid this person close to ten thousand dollars. I approached Steve and I recorded him admitting that he did in fact say those words. I have recordings and text messages which will be my proof of this fact! I told him my money wasn't black when he took it for a half-assed done supposed to be job. I was happy that Fenced In was on-time, gave a good deal, and didn't try any gimmicks. In contrast, the other company that I used for a quote was half and hour late, gave a quote that was $200 more, and tried to convince me to buy their service with gimmicks. Fenced In installed the fence within the week that I requested the service. The latch they used was a little weird, but it works.

He was recommended by the real estate agent i bought my house from, after he came out out and did an approx measurement I was Told he would contact the developer for the sub division I live in, since they go back a long way, as there were certain restrictions I wasnt sure about in regards to where this fence could be installed and he would contact me the next day with an estimate and final measurement for the fencing, never heard from him again, no call, no estimate

They came here set up the posts and proceeded to build and install the fence. They were hard workers, even enduring a rain spell. They didn't stop until it was completely finished. My fence looks great and the guys were very polite and professional. I am very pleased with their work and would hire them again.

Our next door neighbor had hired this company to replace a privacy fence. We were very impressed with the quality of their work, and decided to have our fence replaced by them also. Because we have a pool, Stephen the owner assured us that they would take the old fence down and put the new one up in two days...and they did! The men who built the fence were very professional and polite. We are very pleased with the workmanship of our new fence and it looks great. Our neighbor that lives behind was so pleased with our new fence that they also hired Fenced-In to replace their privacy fence. All in all it was a pleasure to work with this company and I would recommend them to family and friends.
