+ -1 moreIt was a wonderful experience. The work was wonderful and it was done on time. They were able to work with me with the insurance and everything so it was wonderful. It was a pretty good price and I was happy with it. I was expecting the price to be higher. They were professional and very personable.
Description of Work: I used Elliott's Gutters & Downspouts to replace the roof.

+ -1 more.Were renting. The water heater which was located in the attic, failed. As a result it flooded the ceiling which collapsed into our living room and flooded the house. The owner filed an insurance claim and chose elliots to perform the work. Marv Elliot who is the owner of Elliots downspouts and gutters, is the most unprofessional, chauvinistic, overbearing, and rude man I've ever met. He does not keep us aware of any schedules for subcontractors he hires and sends people over at 5pm in the evening to begin work.He also used our trash bags which he didnt ask for while we were outside. He even asked for a broom. My husband called him to confront him with all of this, and he tried to cop an attitude with my husband and told us he doesnt go through us for scheduling. He is a complete horses a**. AND cuts corners..
Description of Work: Plumbing, moving old water heater and installing new water heater that is tooooo big in the only cabinet in my bathroom. ripped up the entire floor tried to cut corners around the wood rot on my floor. Said I wouldnt notice it.. New sheet rock hung, and carpet and vinyl to be installed.
