Delight Cleaning Service

I think they are wonderful. I am a very picky person, but with their service I have not been able to find a single thing that do bad. I have been using them for at least 2 years and they do a terrific job. I schedule an appointment with them each month, and they are very good about working around my schedule and coming out when they say they will. They are usually here at least 2 hours each month, and I am very pleased with the job that they do. A friend of mine hired another cleaning service and they are about 3 times the price of what I pay. They do such a good job that I often like to give them an additional $25 on top of their normal price. Before they came out and cleaned the first time, they interviewed me we went room by room to let me know what they would do, and also what was expected of both of us.

They were terrible. They stayed 55 minutes for $125. There were 3 girls and one sat on the floor the whole time she was here. They moved everything and didn't put things back. They came in 3's, 3 at a time, in other words, crew. They were too expensive. They didn't have uniform prices for extra things. Another one of the ladies was always on the telephone when she was here. I had some pieces of jewelry missing, too. I give the worst rating, they were a little high, they were only good the first time they came, they did show up, one was good and the rest were not, and I will not use them in the future.
