+ -1 moreExcellent. The supervisor showed up 2-3 days prior to work out where the trucks could park for haul away and to work final details. The crew arrived on time and worked through a small rain storm to finish the job in one day. I'm extreamly happy with the results and the after care of the roof since then. Without us calling or prompting they have come by and inspected for any problems after about 6 months to make sure all the shingles set correctly. Any that didn't they repaired right then. Very nice people.
Description of Work: Replace hail damaged roof shingles, felt, flashing, repaired roof decking in 3 locations. Added additional ridge ventilation.

+ -1 moreRoofing can be a nightmare, but Davis Roofing made this time around a dream come true! Quick response, reasonable pricing, professional, friendly, honest staff and work crews. Nothing like we had ever experienced before with home repairs! Everything was done as promised without delays. Our yard and drive was actually cleaner afterwards than before and if you have ever had your roof replaced, you will spend days just doing pick-up from the paper debris and the old nails. Davis Roofing actually dedicated a couple of hours after the work was done, making sure that no one would have a nail in their tire! It was truly a pleasure doing business with a contractor who knew their ?stuff? and then did it correctly the first time! We will recommend Davis Roofing to anyone and everyone!

We were contacted by Mr. Brian Andress who provided our estimate on October 22 and the roofing installation was completed on October 23rd. He was very knowledgeable and assisted us with all details, to include insurance concerns. We would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.
Description of Work: Complete roof installation to include valleys and ridge vents. Upgrade to 30 year shingles. All work and clean up was completed in 9 hours.

Getting the appointment set up was easy and the crew showed up on time. I have not noticed any problems with the roof since the work. The crew cleaned up was done fairly well. The delays were frustrating but at least they kept me informed during the process.

+ -1 moreI think Davis roofers did a great job,. a very clean job and were very polite. the work was done in a timely matter and did not go over the amount that I was told it would cost to re place the roof .I would use them again for any roofing work and would also tell my family and friend to use them to. I am very happy with there work.
Description of Work: They replaced the roof that was leaking on our indoor porch that was just done 4 years ago by another roofer who just put shingals over rotted wood because I was away working for the government far from home and they took advantage of a woman a lone.and told her they replaced rotted boards but never did.

+ -1 moreGreat experience. Talked with Brian on the phone and they came the same day to give an estimate. They made the process of paying and filing insurance easy and the invoice was understandable. It took them about a week and kept things pretty clean around the house. I have had the roof a year and a half now and I am proud of it and I no longer am dealing with leaks.
Description of Work: I had significant hale damage to my roof and was starting to leak pretty bad. They replaced the entire roof hand nailing the whole thing.

All the members of the crew were very professional and I was able to meet them personally, including the owners of the company. They were honest and exact with their estimates with no surprises at the end of the job. The owners took the time to explain to me in full detail the work that needed to be done and why.

Description of Work: Davis Roofing replaced the roof on my home. My roof incurred hail storm damage which Mr. Charles Davis and Mr. Brian Andres assessed. Mr. Davis took photos and provided supportive statements of damage incurred to my adjuster which greatly assisted in validating my claim. After my insurance company conveyed to me they would replace my damaged roof I contacted Mr. Davis and Mr. Andres who worked diligently in: selection of the correct shingle, scheduling of the replacement work so as to cause minimal interference to my household, overseeing the job hourly to insure a quality product and lastly the Davis Roofing Company worked to provide a clean/orderly work site. I would have much rather been spared roof damage from the hail storm but by using Davis Roofing my home damage was CORRECTLY repaired with minimal interuption. They removed my old roof and hauled it off. They cleaned up the site several times daily. Mr. Davis personall helped to insure the work site, my home, was kept clean. They installed approximately 70 squares of high quality shingles hand nailing each square for maximum durability in adverse weather. DO: Listen to the PRO, Davis Roofing Representatives, regarding the assessment of your roof. DO: Solicitate there advice on materials. Also, look on line at various manufacturers. DO: View roofs which have the same shingles you are going to use prior to making your final decision. Davis roofing provided me such addresses. Very helpful since I changed shingle manufacturers. DO: Speak with Davis Roofing when you have roofing concerns/needs. DON'T: Replace the roof in too cold of weather. There will be shingles which want lay down well till they reach a warm enough temperature. All of my roofs shingles have now gone through a couple of hot months and are looking great. They were good people to do business with if you have to have their services.

+ -1 moreI am very satisfied with the response time from Davis Roofing. From the time I called and asked for an estimate, and the time the job was completed, less than a week had pased. This was greatly appreciated, as we had some rainy days during the time frame.
Description of Work: I called them on a Tuesday because my roof had developed a leak. Wednesday they came by and gave me an estimate. That Friday I picked out the color and type of shingles. The next Monday they had a crew out promptly at 6:30 as they said they would. They completed the job that week, which I was realy grateful for it being some rainy days, but they did a great job. I have already recommended them to other people.
