Description of Work: Removed old roof and put on new roof. Left a pallet of unused roofing material in my driveway. I called and asked Charles Davis to come and get it. He said he would send someone that afternoon. No one came I waited a few days and called again, he said he would have someone come the next day. No one came. I called a third time and he said he would come. Finally after two and a half weeks I paid someone to put to the curb for the garbage truck to pick it up. I also found over twenty nails in my pool. They also left a garbage can on my front lawn.

Description of Work: The advertisement was to inspect the roof, seal all areas needing sealing, hammer nails back down that were sticking up and inspect for any leaks. I received a report that $4,100 of repairs was needed to the roof. None of the work, besides the inspection, was completed. I contacted the company and they said they would sent someone to do the other work. I do not know if anyone came. I do see all the raised shingles where the nails were not hammered down. I can not get on the roof to check if any sealing was completed. We were not told of any leaks, if they did inspect for leaks. Totally dissatisfied with the experience and would not recommend.

Description of Work: I purchased the $99 Roof Tune-Up/Inspection ($325 value). Apparently, we received only the inspection of the roof (including pictures via email of our roof that detailed areas in need of repair along with Mr. Barker recommendations). Not clear if inspection for interior leak was done since Mr. Barker never came inside our home. No resealing around pipe collars, exhaust fans, vents nor chimney were done that we are aware of.

Description of Work: I contracted for roof maintenance, however, he was trying to sell me some other type of a yearly plan which I was not interested in. I think he was a salesman not a roofer. He did say that you were aware of the product he was selling.

 + -1 moreCalled the company to get an estimate on replacing my roof. The came and discovered storm damage and we contacted the insurance company. Davis Roofing met the insurance adjuster and they worked out all the details. Once the insurance company gave the approval I contacted them and we had materials at the house in just a few days. The job was completed in 1 1/2 days.
Description of Work: Replaced existing roof that had some hail damage. We upgraded the 20 year shingles to 30 year architecture shingles.
