Description of Work: Cooks has been providing my monthly pest control service for about a year. I have been completly satisfied. I was having yearly spring and summer problems with ants both inside and out. For three years my long time pest control service provider was not able to have much success in impacting my problem. I saw an ad in our local paper for Cooks who was advertising a money back gurantee. They came and treated multiple times the first month for no additional charge to the initial charge and there was good improvement. I signed a monthly contract. If I see a problem with anything after they have been out for their monthly treatment they will return immediately and address it. They have always been professional, punctual and effective. Needless to say I have not asked for my money back.
