COMPLETE TREE SVC

I am so flabbergasted by this company I can barely compose this review! Yesterday Lloyd Townsell, co-owner of this company, came to my home to give me a quote on tree removal. It's a large job - taking down some trees and topping off some others. He gave me a quote which was really high. I had a much lower quote from another company but honestly felt this company would do a better job. We negotiated and after bringing his partner over to see the job, we arrived at a price I thought was acceptable to both of us. He agreed to have his crew at my house at 8 am the following morning. They showed up at 8 am, but instead of Lloyd, his brother was there with a crew, and they said they would be unable to do the job for the agreed upon price! He said he was sorry, but that the whole time his brother was negotiating the price with me, he was sitting next to him telling him not to come down on his quote. I told him that was just bad business practice, and he agreed, but said they still weren't doing the job. This company apparently doesn't stand behind each other or their quotes, and I plan on telling everyone I know! Bad business!!!
