Description of Work: I needed my washing machine fixed, was not sure if a new machine was needed. They came out to inspect my machine and was honest enough to tell me how much it would be to fix VS a new machine and the possibilities of how long the fix may last. It gave me the information I needed to go forward with a new machine.

He went beyond my expectations by cleaning out parts and he found 2 leaks and repaired the refrigerator. I was very happy with him. He took pride in what he did and completed the job right.

 + -1 moreBill's Appliance Service have waived all charges for the visits because the manufacturer has told them it is an ongoing problem with this appliance. This is more than fair. I have never had a better experience with an Appliance Repair Service.

 + -1 moreI called Whirlpool on April 30, 2012; they very couteously told me Bill's Appliance would call me and set up an appoinment. Bill's called me the same day and made an appointment. Serviceman Don arrived on 3 May 2012 at 730 AM; diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes and said he would order the part. Part was ordered...came in a few days later. I was out of town. The day I returned I called....two days later the serviceman arrived, replaced the parts........Dryer now works as designed. The serviceman, Don, was very professional, did excellent work, took his shoes off so as not to bring dirt in on my rug.......Don is excellent !!!
Description of Work: Whirlpool Dryer Model Number: WED4900XW0.... wrinkle free cycle did not work at all. Fixed under warranty.

 + -1 moreMr. Bill is usually available to talk about things and he does not mind giving free advice exactly how to put something together. I spent $20 or $25 on that service. He is honest as the day is long and he will take out of his busy schedule and talk with me and tell me how to do something.
Description of Work: I use Bill's Appliance Service Inc. on a fairly regular basis to get parts for different things up in my church. The last time I used them was probably about 6 months ago for parts for a dryer.
