Description of Work: I have a washer that is within the warranty period. I waited a week for a repair man to come to look at the machine, then waited another two weeks to have the part installed. It still was leaking so they came back and now I am waiting another few weeks for them to return again to try another part. Still my washer is leaking. The warranty itself is being honored but the service is slow.
